The Blanco Escape Experience
Wake up to the smell of fresh coffee, step into untouched powder with your guide, soak in Japanese onsens after a day on the mountain, and share chef-prepared dinners with a small crew of like-minded riders.
This isn’t just a ski trip. It’s Japan’s ultimate snow experience, curated for you.
5 Days of Guided Riding
Resorts, sidecountry, or backcountry (if requested), every day tailored to snow conditions and your group’s style. We proudly partner with local guides certified by the Japan Mountain Guides Association (JMGA) and members of the Myoko Mountain studies Association—so we can give back to the local community while offering our guests the most authentic and unforgettable mountain experience possible. Our guides know the stashes and the secret lines.
6 Nights at Blanco Escape Lodge
A retreat of warmth and style: central heating, curated interiors, and cozy spaces where stories flow as easily as the wine. A space made for connection, reflection, and the kind of memories that stick.
Daily Breakfasts + 3 Private Chef Dinners
Healthy mountain breakfasts each morning and three evenings of private dining at the lodge. Expect menus featuring Japanese wagyu steak, local vegetables, and curated natural wines. All thoughtfully paired for a true taste of the area. For the other evenings, we’ll venture out to experience the local cuisine, thoughtfully prepared by the region’s hardworking chefs.
Onsen Visits & Cultural Outings
Soak in traditional hot springs, visit historic temples, and enjoy a cultural immersion that makes the Japanese Alps so much more than a ski destination.
Complimentary Transport
All shuttles, cultural excursions, and even late-night rides to the party, logistics handled, so you can stay in the moment.

Your Hosts, Valentina & Keenan
We fell in love with Myoko years ago and built Blanco Escape to share the magic of Japan’s snow country. Our mission is simple: create the kind of ski week we’d want to experience, world-class riding, amazing food, and unforgettable connections.
